Refund & Exchange Policy

This Policy also applies to Lay-By items

1. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returned merchandise for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

  • Original till slip is provided;
  • Merchandise is returned in its original condition (i.e. unworn/unused, original packaging and labels attached);
  • Merchandise is returned within 30 (thirty) days of purchase.

Your refund will be given against the original payment method as specified on your proof of purchase:

  • Debit card and cash purchases will be refunded via cash;
  • Credit card purchases will be refunded to the applicable credit card

2. We aim to deliver Footwear of high quality, but it is accepted that some manufacturing faults may only become evident over time. We will gladly refund or exchange defective merchandise, provided that:

  • Original till slip is provided;
  • Item is returned within 6 (six) months from date of purchase;
  • The factory agrees that it is a factory fault (14 days required);
  • If the product is found NOT to be defective and is commercially acceptable, you will NOT be entitled to any repair, replacement or refund, and the item will be returned to you.

Merchandise will not be regarded as defective and a customer will not be entitled to an exchange in circumstances where the faults in the merchandise result from:

  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Damage arising from incorrect usage of the product;
  • Item has a reasonable amount of manufacturing or production imperfections, but is acceptable in accordance with the generally accepted commercial practices.

Products that you or any other person has altered, repaired, incorporated or added to where such alteration, repair, incorporation or addition has not been authorised by Management, under no circumstances be returned.

Please note that Sequince / Beaded footwear is very delicate and should be handled with care. Purchases cannot be returned for reasons related to Sequince or Beadwork.

Froggie Footwear is subject to their own Defective merchandise policy.
Froggie Policy states an item will need to be returned for inspection at the Froggie factory.

3. No Refunds on SALE items, but can be exchanged provided that:

  • ¬†Original till slip is provided;
  • Merchandise is returned in its original condition (i.e. unworn/unused, original packaging and labels attached);
  • Merchandise is returned within 7 (seven) days of purchase
